Exchange mailbox setup instructions for Mail app on iOS devices

To setup the Exchange mailbox, use the following steps;

1. Tap Settings, then tap on Mail.
    
2. Under the Accounts heading, tap on Add Account.
    
3. Tap on Microsoft Exchange.
    
4. In the Microsoft Exchange dialog that appears, enter your;
   - Your Exchange email address in the Email Address field
   - Enter a description of your Exchange account in the Description field.
   (for example you can type, Exchange)
    
   Then tap the Next button.
    
5. In the next dialog that appears, click on the Sign In button. After a few moments, the dialog should change to show your entered Email Address and the Description you gave in the previous step. Enter your.
   - Enter your mailbox password in the Password field, then tap the Next button.
    
6. After a few moments, you may see a new dialog appear asking you to enter the following missing information;
   - Enter webmail.hostingcloudapp.com in the Server field,
   - Leave the Domain field blank,
   - Enter your Exchange email address in the Username field
    
   Once you have entered these details, tap the Next button.
    
7. After a few moments, you will be asked to select the apps you want to your with the account. Depending on your preferences, you can select all the apps shown in the list by placing a tick in the checkbox to the left for any wish to use with the account. For synchronisation across all devices, it is usually recommended to at least check, Mail, Contacts, Calendars at a minimum. After you are done with selecting your apps, click on the Save button.

After a few moments, your account will be added and you should arrive back to the Mail Accounts screen and you will see the new Exchange account under the Accounts heading

Now you can open your Mail.app and you will see your messages start to appears after a period of time for the device to synchronise with the server.

Generally, on a good connection with at least 100mbps download speed, it may take up to 30 minutes the synchronise most of the messages.
